I finally got diagnosed with MS after 15 years of yes you have it, no you don't. My health has gotten worse & it's harder to care for the animals. I'm downsizing starting with pigs. I have 6 now. They are pets. None are real little. The newest guy came 6 months ago & is 6 years old. He's funny, friendly, likes to chase the dogs. He is fixed and nails & tusks ok. The 2nd is Charlie. he is 7. He can't see real good. Needs tusks & nails done. Fixed. 3rd is chanko. He is 9. Needs tusks & nails done. He's fixed. Both friendly. All were recently dewormed with ivermectin. The 2 sheep I'm keeping( Gretta is 10) & the horses. And chickens & peacocks. Message me if interested. They are pets only!! This is hard as I love them all. Please share

A Man Who Searches Online for Animals to Rescue or Rehome Faces Felony Cruelty Charges

Authorities in Caldwell County have arrested Holden Miller of Lenoir after a disturbing case of animal neglect. Miller is charged with felony animal cruelty and is currently held in the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond.

The investigation began when a tip was received that Miller had a horse tied to a tree behind his home. Officers discovered the animal about 70 yards into a wooded area without food or water, severely emaciated, and in need of immediate care. The horse and several other animals were seized, but despite treatment, the horse died.

This is not the first time Miller has faced charges. In April 2025, he was charged with three counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty, followed by another count in June 2025. Since April, authorities say nearly 170 animals have been seized from Miller’s control.

Investigators have reported that Miller actively hunts social media platforms and online marketplaces to acquire animals, often under the guise of rescue or rehoming.

Looking to rehome one of my potbelly pigs. He was surrendered to me about 6 months ago. Piggie Smalls is a funny guy, very vocal! He's 5 years young, neutered. He was a house pig, but now is outside. Hes not real big ( my other 5 are). I've seoerated him as he would eat his food, then bully the other 2 he was in with & eat there's. He started gaining fast. He gets 1/2 scoop a day now of pig food, a little baked bread sometimes, fruit or veggies I buy. I just got diagnosed with MS & going to be rehoming some animals, mostly pigs. Amigos in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma this stud was stolen. He’s been gone for about 4 months now and still missing. I know a lot of you see a lot of horses and rope state to state with many different pens. He has a ( I♦️brand right hip ) he was supposed to head west out of Oklahoma to Arizona. The transport driver sold him, stole him or can’t come up with the horse. I was thinking he might not of even headed west as many of these type of horses is in Kansas Oklahoma Missouri. Ruby and banjo. It's been storming hard for days and ruby is loose outside. She comes to back door for her bottles. Yesterday she came in for a min. Banjo is very protective of her. They play outside. Her being a he only one makes it harder to keep her wild. She's so sweet & pretty! She knows her name. They are intelligent animals!

Moving day for skunks! Got them moved into big pen. Raccoons are in the trees now. They were on top of cage throwing things down at them. 2 hand white on shoulders & above legs. There are 4.
