She offers training, sales marketing, photography sessions, and also actively competes in eventing, dressage, and jumpers. Originally from East Tennessee, Megan is now based in Lexington, Kentucky during the academic year, and is at the heart of the horse industry. Whether you are interested in lessons, training, exercise rides, having your horse sold, finding a new horse, or anything else, Megan is enthusiastic to work with you to accomplish your goals!

16.3 h 8 year old unraced Thoroughbred gelding (he thinks he's a warmblood!) Born at Calumet Farm in Lexington, KY, Arden (JC Name: Old English) is sired by English Channel and out of Weekend In Seattle, a full sibling to AP Indy. While he never raced, Arden has shown his talent in the jumping and dressage arenas instead. Brought along slowly and correctly, he has relaxed, elastic gaits, beautiful form over fences, and a kind, puppy-dog personality in the barn. This horse is a serious contender for the upper levels. I bought him to be my next upper level horse, but I am now traveling extensively so do not have the time he needs. Arden has competed at Beginner Novice, is currently schooling 3'3" courses, training and prelim level XC questions, USEA Training level dressage, and just placed 3rd at Novice at a mini trial last weekend. He consistently places in the top three at local events and will run recognized Novice horse trials this fall if he is not sold.

He trailers well, is happy in a stall or outside, only wears two shoes, and is well mannered for grooming, bathing, etc. Arden is straightforward and sweet enough for a serious amateur, but would truly excel with someone looking to take him up the levels. He is the type of horse that does best when ridden 5-6 days per week - he loves his work and doesn't like taking time off!

Priced in the mid-low 5 figures to the perfect home.

Normally located right outside Dallas, TX, but will be in Knoxville, TN for the month of September and in Lexington, KY September 30th - October 7th.
