Dr. Eisaman performing an arthrocentesis (joint tap) to administer IRAP in an effusive stifle. The individual has an OCD lesion that has resulted in swelling and lameness. The goal of the therapy is to provide healing factors and act as an anti inflammatory to try to avoid surgery.
