If you suspect your pet is overheating snd of experiencing the folloejng symptoms, please take them to your closest 24 hour emergency vet hospital. Luckily we have a few close by:

The goal of World Zoonoses Day is to bring awareness of some of the many transmissible diseases of animals to humans. Here we name just a few:
Rabies, E.coli, Lyme Disease, Avian Flu, Plague, Salmonella, West Nile, SARS, Ebola, Brucellosis and Tularemia. Vaccines, good hygiene practices and appropriate handling and/or distance/protection when exposed to the carriers are good ways to prevent such bacterial, viral or fungal infections.

You can increase the chances of getting your 🐾 pal back faster by putting a collar +ID on them as well as being sure your pet is microchipped with up to date contact information. Use the microchip number to find out what company you have and contact them to ensure your phone number, address and email are all correct and current. It helps reunite lost pets!
