So when you are buying a house, we tell every customer to get a Pest Control inspection done and then get a home inspection done and the only reason why we say this is because we don’t want a realtor to lie to any potential buyers about situations that are going on in a home that you might purchase, now this realtor is not being truthful and said that it was because of financing well it definitely wasn’t because of financing and that they didn’t have the money this literally was because they had a ton of dead animals in the attic. They had bats that active bats. The attic had to have a restoration. The roof had to be redone because that all the nailing were rusted out and were leaking and then they had a bunch of holes into the attic, and then the roof was lifting off the gable wall. this particular person selling the house for the sellers isn’t being truthful so please watch out if you guys end up looking at this house. We did the inspection and we have a quote for the work that needs to be done if you end up buying this house or looking at it do not let them tell you something that’s not true I was there working with the home inspector….. have a great day!!!!

We are currently hiring, and looking for a few people to add to the team. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Must have Drivers license. Must be able to get on roofs, and go into attics and do home repairs.

If this doesn’t say most of it.. we gotta take “stupid labels” off stuff.. it’s work you’ll make money. It’s obviously not as much as the business owner.. obviously. If that were the case, everyone would have their own business?! Right ? Like any contractor or builder job you’ll need to bring your own tools.. there’s nothing abnormal about that. we need people that can critically think and problem solve. If you don’t know something, ask. Your work ethic reflects our businesses reputation. If the boss changes plans it is what it is. A copy of a valid drivers license and Social Security number is required the day of hire.

****Payday is usually Friday depending on work. Everyone is required to clock their own hours and turn them in to either the foreman or the boss at the end of the week. *****

The work vehicle and/or trailers are to be kept clean at all times. personal gas usage reimbursement is not covered by our business, unless authorized by the owner prior. Pay is based on experience, and we don’t want to hear (I KNOW), because you don’t.
