Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover today. Huge thank you to our incredible staff and the friends who show up, pitch in, laugh with us, and make even the busiest rescue days feel lighter. When you’re surrounded by people who care this much, it turns hard work into good memories and a whole lot of fun. We’re also so thankful for the PetSmart staff and our amazing community for always welcoming us, supporting our mission, and loving these dogs right alongside us. Now enjoy these goofy faces and happy moments — because this is what rescue looks like when you’re doing it with the right people. 🐾❤️

🐾 Calling All Cat-Loving Foster Heroes! 🐾

Anyone want to foster some of our Fishy’s Friends Rescue cats? We’re currently juggling full-time rescue life, two litters of puppies, our own households, and these sweet whiskered souls — and whew… it’s getting to be a lot. These kitties are absolute gems and would thrive in a calm foster home where they can stretch out, relax, and be doted on like they deserve.

🐱 Whitney – beautiful tabby, 1-year-old female, fully vetted and negative on all health testing. Sweet, gentle, and ready to be someone’s couch companion.
🐱 Jack & Zero – adorable white brothers, 4-month-old males, fully vetted and negative on all health testing. Playful, curious, and double the love in tiny fluff form.

If you can open your heart (and maybe a sunny windowsill), you’d be giving us a huge helping paw while giving these cats the soft landing they need.

🐶 HAPPY ADOPTION DAY RUFUS REDLOW 🎂

From Family Dollar to Furever Home, Rufus has officially upgraded from bargain aisles to top-shelf love! 🎉🎊

It's hard to believe that just a month ago, this handsome little man was roaming the streets scared and alone before he was found in front of a family dollar store by one of our volunteers. Today? He's lounging in his new home, snoozing in a big comfy bed, and stealing hearts (and maybe a few treats) alongside his new sister Maggie.

Happy gotcha day, Rufus! Congrats on landing your perfect dream home. ♥

We’re officially launching The Puppy Palace Project — and ohhh friends, this one has our tails wagging HARD.
Right now, we have 11 squishy puppies growing faster than you can say “who wants belly rubs?” But this isn’t just about this litter… it’s about every future homeless momma and her babies who may need us next.

We’re building a heated + cooled, fully weather-proof Puppy House with:
✔️ insulated walls
✔️ waterproof flooring
✔️ safe potty & feeding areas
✔️ a puppy-proof enrichment playground (because brains need play too!)

We’ve already built the raised platform and purchased the shed — $600 in and paws deep — now we just need help finishing the upfit so we can raise puppies safely, comfortably, and correctly for years to come.
