✨ New Year Grooming Price Update ✨
I wanted to take a moment to personally let you know that grooming prices will be increasing slightly in the new year. As many of you know, the cost of high-quality products, tools, shampoos, conditioners, and sanitation supplies has continued to rise. I’m committed to using only safe, premium products for your pups—nothing cheap or harsh—so that every dog receives the same level of quality, comfort, and care you’ve come to expect.

This small adjustment helps ensure I can maintain that standard while also continuing something very important to me: providing free or heavily discounted grooming services to homeless dogs, rescue pups, and dogs in genuine need. Your support allows me to keep giving back to the dogs who don’t have anyone to advocate for them.

On another note, please remember that I also assist with rehoming abandoned puppies and connecting them with loving families. If you or someone you know is looking for a new fur baby, feel free to reach out—and always check local shelters first as well. There are so many wonderful dogs waiting for a second chance.

Thank you all for understanding and for being such a supportive part of this little grooming community. Your pups truly make my days brighter. 🐾💛

Good Afternoon, Snazzy Squad!

I’m so excited to share that I’m officially open for business again! 🎉

I know I’m a bit behind on responding to some messages and missed calls, and I truly appreciate your patience. I’ll be working through them this week to get everyone scheduled as soon as possible.

As I continue to heal, I’ll be focusing on small dogs during the week, while larger dogs will be scheduled on weekends when I have help available. This is to ensure both my safety and the comfort of your fur babies.

If you don’t hear back from me right away, please feel free to reach out again — I promise I’m doing my best to catch up! I’ll also keep everyone updated on when my books will open for pre-booking the new year.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support during my recovery. I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you and can’t wait to see all my furry friends again soon! 🐾💛

‼️‼️Temporary Closure Notice‼️‼️

Dear Snazzy Clients,

I want to let you know that due to an injury (multiple broken ribs), Snazzy Snout Squad will be temporarily closed for approximately a few weeks while I take the necessary time to heal. My top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of your pets. Attempting to groom while injured could put them at risk, which is why I will only reopen once I have regained full strength and range of motion.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and I look forward to welcoming your pups back as soon as I’m able. I’ll keep you updated on my recovery and reopening date.

Dear Valued Clients,

I truly appreciate each of my loyal customers and feel blessed to meet and care for so many wonderful fur babies as their groomer. Pre-booking is the best way to ensure your dog can be scheduled when needed.

Please be mindful of your appointment date and time. While I do send reminders, the following policies apply:
• No-Show: The full grooming fee will be charged.
• Last-Minute Cancellation or Reschedule: If made without 48 hours notice, 50% of the grooming fee will be charged.

Last-minute changes make it difficult to fill your appointment slot, and it’s also unfair to clients on my cancellation list who may not be able to accommodate same-day or short-notice openings. Appointments will be canceled and considered a no-show if you are 15 minutes late.

Please remember that while there are other talented groomers in town, each of us has our own pricing, techniques, personalities, and business policies. My pricing reflects not only the groom itself, but also the skill, technique, experience, patience, love, and compassion I put into each appointment. While my rates may differ from what you’ve paid in the past, there is no universal pricing structure for groomers.

I do offer packages and specials to make scheduling and grooming as convenient as possible for my clients, and I’m grateful for your continued trust and support. In the coming months, I’ll be opening my 2026 schedule for pre-booking, and I look forward to seeing you and my furry friends.
