HORSE SPOTLIGHT✨🐴 Rusty

One of KCR's very own, Rusty is the lovable horse of KCR's ranch hand, Bailey! We asked her to tell us a little bit about him!

He's my sweet, opinionated lover of a horse. He’s a 9-year-old Appendix with a quirky habit of chewing on his tongue and a smile that demands attention. His days are filled with socializing in the turnout, working in the arena, and exploring trails (his favorite!). We met thanks to a little fate and a matchmaker named Amy at Kyle Canyon Ranch, and he’s been teaching me how to stand on my own two feet ever since. Rusty’s a total snuggler, a fan of apples 🍎, and not so much a fan of the patience pole 😅. But trail rides together? That’s where the magic happens.

May is National Pet Month!! So we figured we'd shine a little spotlight on the ranch's loveable great dane, Beau. Yes, he does have his own saddle. He's a perfect starter horse for your youngsters first ride 😂. We love you, Beau!!
