rds another New Year! The Vodka & Champagne festival is complete with a midnight balloon drop, fire performance, ice luge, bands, table reservations, fashionable dress, DJs, & samples! Ticket purchase includes a branded sampling glass, entry, 5 (.25 oz) Vodka samples, 5 (1oz) Champagne samples of your choice, & a complimentary Champagne glass toast at midnight! This event is indoors only, but the courtyard will be open for your convenience. It will be cold outdoors, please dress the occasion! Coat Checks available for free at the entrance. DRESS CODE | Fashion Forward attire. Free coat checks will be available at the gates. Limited seating available. BALLROOMS | Border Avenue & Ghetto Blaster inside Ventanas Ballroom. DJs playing Top 40, Hip Hop, Dance, & more in Tortugas ballroom. Midnight countdowns & balloon drops in BOTH ballrooms! The courtyard will be open for your convenience but will not be staffed or have entertainment due to cold weather. ADVANCE TICKETS | $25 (Includes 5 Vodka (.25oz) samples, 5 (1oz) Champagne samples, entry, commemorative shot glass, & another full glass of champagne for the midnight countdown! Available at Boot Barn, Horse N Hound, Campus Bookstore, & online at www.VodkaAndChampFest.com. Advance tickets will be available until 5pm on the day of this event. Very limited ($30) tickets will be available at the gate, but advance holders will be honored before walk ins if fire code occupancies are reached. This is a 21+ event, valid ID required. No exceptions. Additional Vodka & Champagne samples will be $1 each at the designated Sample Refill bar. Full Liquor & Beer sold individually. This event does NOT feature food items or dinner. Limited tickets available as this events entertainment will be featured INSIDE only int he ballrooms due to cold weather. The courtyard will be open for your convenience, but will not be staffed. TABLE RESERVATIONS | To reserve a 6 top table for your special night, please email Justin at [email protected]. Tables must be paid in FULL for reservation to be held via Credit Card. ($250 Per Table. Includes TWO complimentary bottles of champagne, 6 Tickets, New Years Eve Shwag, PLUS all of the alrady included samples & glassware.) There will be ATMs available, but we encourage you to bring your own cash beforehand to avoid lines & to purchase additional/individual alcoholic beverages along with food from our vendors.
