We are in need of some medium or small TV's with built in DVD players or small DVD players we can hook up to the TV. Our primates enjoy having movie time and picking their fav movies. 2 of our TV/DVD broke in the ape building. If you have some gentle used ones , please consider donating them to us and semd us a PM.

Dr. Karen Taylor, Executive Director of the West Kerr Chamber thought she'd lost her dog Gidget in the flood. By the grace of God, Gidget was able to swim and find safety at the top of a bookshelf in her home.

Even among the immense sadness we're all hearing, there are stories that remind us to stay optimistic in the darkest of times.

🌈 RIH Layla

With broken hearts, we want to share that our retired bat dog, Layla, crossed the rainbow bridge last week ❤️‍🩹🌈

Layla was our loyal bat dog for six years, until her retirement in 2024.

In addition to being our bat dog, Layla was a skilled waterfowl dog and hunted with her dad in her free time. She leaves behind Lucy May, our current bat dog, as well as her mom and dad, Andrew and Alex.

We truly love her and her family as our own and hope to be a place of solace for them during this time of grief. Please use the comments section to leave words of love for Layla, Lucy May, Andrew, and Alex ⤵️
