Message from Finder: Small black skinny cat found with his front paw tangled in his collar by neighbors grge . He is friendly, safe, warm and fed:) He has been taken to the vet and he’s not chipped but is neutered. I know this has to be someone’s baby. I am allergic to cats so I am desperately seeking owner or rescue, if someone could please help and direct me I would be forever grateful. It’s too cold to let him roam. Thank you so much 🐈‍⬛

He may be hiding. He loves to hunt mice and may be in an area like that. Please call if you have any information. Reward given for his safe return.
