Dear Valued Customers,

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support and for trusting us with your pets. Your loyalty means so much to us, and we truly appreciate every one of you.

Due to the continued increase in the cost of supplies, products, utilities, and other expenses, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our prices. This increase is necessary to help us continue providing the quality care, service, and attention your pets deserve.

We understand that price increases are never easy, and we want you to know that this decision was not made lightly. We are committed to keeping our services as affordable as possible while maintaining the high level of care you have come to expect from us.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and most importantly, for allowing us to care for your furry family members. We are incredibly grateful for your business and look forward to continuing to serve you and your pets for many years to come.
Sincerely, SR Fam!
