Guess what day it is?!?!?! It's the first Thursday of the month! That means that D-Tail Your Dog spent their day at NEMO Humane Society giving the pups a nice little spa day! We had a great time and got in some pretty AMAZING snuggles! Pictured you will see Maylie with Clyde, Trinity with Thayer, and Brian with Bonnie. All of these pawsome dogs are available for adoption. Did You Know...?

D-Tail Your Dog offers emergency grooming services. This includes severe matting situations, extreme sanitary needs, skunkings, and toxic contamination (paint, tar, nail polish, slime, play doh, etc.).

This past weekend we had a client contact us whose three sassy girls decided to go on an adventure for over 13 hours! When they returned, these poor girls were covered with cockleburs, stick tights and thorns. Our client did her absolute best to help these girls out, but they were so uncomfortable and too much for one person to handle. We worked it out to where we were able to get these girls into the shop and comfortable. We are here for the animals and are happy to rearrange things to help our clients in their hour of need. Please feel free to reach out, day or night, and we will do our absolute best!

Did You Know...?

D-Tail Your Dog works with Northeast Missouri Humane Society to make sure that all animals who need love and care in preparation for their furever home get it! We close our shop the first Thursday of every month to visit NEMOHS for baths and grooms for anyone who needs them!

Meet Max! He is a senior dog who is coming available for adoption! He was a little scruffy, but with time, gentleness and patience, our groomers got him all spiffed up!!! Contact NEMOHS for more information on this great little guy!!!

Well, this isn't exactly the way I wanted to do this, but regardless, here we go.

Due to the transmission going out in our mobile grooming unit, we will be unable to provide mobile grooming appointments. If you are scheduled for a mobile appointment, we will still offer pick up and drop off services for your pet. We will contact each client individually to make the arrangements that you prefer. We will be working on getting back on the road, but we do not have a timeline at present due to the cost of repair or potentially replacement of our mobile grooming unit.

That's the bad new... Here's the good news! We've been pretty quiet, but we are opening a grooming shop on July 6th!!! This has been in the works for a while. It just happened to align with the unfortunate timing of a full mechanical failure of the rig. We are located at 3528 Market Street in Hannibal. Join us for our grand opening celebration at 10am July 6th!

With the bad comes the good. God has a plan that none of us understand. We can either fight against it, or we can lean on His infinite wisdom to get us through. Today, we're leaning on Him.

If you have not yet heard from us regarding rescheduling, you should hear from us this week. We went from a three person operation to a one person operation quickly. Now we're about back to three, so I should be reaching out to everyone who has yet to hear back this week. We apologize for the inconvenience and difficulties our issues have likely caused you all.
