🚨 CHONK ALERT! 🚨
We have been informed of a new contender for the heavy weight title over at Second Chance Ferret Rescue.

Meet Zeke pictured with a banana for sizing and in a banana just for funsies. 🍌🤣 He is weighing in at a strong 1840g or 4.06lbs, roughly 2 years old Marshalls and on a kibble and FDR diet.

So ferret parents, it's time to settle this once and for all...

We've managed to stay away from the vet for a little while, but it's that time again!

Today, Will Ferret is here for his recheck and annual implant, and our newest girl, Snow, is getting examined for a mass under her neck. We always love seeing our favorite vet, Dr. Romo, although we're not always fans of the reason for the visit or....... the bill! 🤣

If you'd like to help with veterinary expenses, every penny is truly appreciated. Along with Will and Snow's appointments today, we have three more ferrets scheduled for their annual implants over the next month.

People don't always understand how deeply ferrets bond and how important it can be to allow them their grieving process. Sometimes things are unavoidable, but when you, can the babies need their opportunity to say goodbye too. 😔

Today was a very special day! ❤️ We are so happy to have been part of the journey for these wonderful families and their newest furry family members.

Snoopy has found his forever home and now has a new brother, Eli! ❤️ Bonnie and Clyde have been with us since December, patiently waiting for the perfect family and today, they found it. ❤️❤️❤️

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We are incredibly grateful to have been a part of their journeys and to see these sweet babies begin their next chapter surrounded by love.

Congratulations to all of the families, and thank you for opening your hearts and homes! 🏡💕
