We always aim to have fun at our shows, but safety and respect for the facility are top priorities. Please review the information below if you plan to attend:

Spectator & Dog Policy
Spectators and dogs are not allowed in the horse holding area under any circumstances. The facility provides plenty of designated space for both spectators and dogs to enjoy the show safely outside of the holding area.

Stalls & Hookups
Stalls and hookups are available for purchase:
• Stalls: $55
• Hookups: $45 (Electric/Water) or $55 (Electric/Water/Sewer)

Important: Do not use any stall or hookup without checking in at the office or calling 910-620-5708.
Absolutely no one is permitted to use stalls in Barns A, B, or C. Only Barn F stalls will be assigned on show day.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once the show begins at 12:00 PM.

Class Participation
Be ready at the gate when your division begins. Each rider will be called three times. If you do not show, you will be scratched from the class.

Exhibitions
Exhibitions end at 11:45 AM sharp. No exceptions. Don’t wait until the last minute to purchase—gates open at 9:00 AM.

Show Format
This is a fun game show, not a sanctioned barrel race. The format is different, and we cannot drag after every five riders for each event or we would be here until next Saturday😜

We will only drag every five during the
Teen, Adult and Open Barrel class. Dragging for the remainder of the day will depend on the event and arena conditions.

Weather Policy
We will not cancel a show due to rain. The arena is covered and stalls are available for purchase. The show will continue as scheduled unless there is a severe weather threat such as a hurricane or tornadoes.

Facility Courtesy
Please use the trash cans and clean up after yourself. Let’s all be decent humans!

Park smart and leave space for others.

It’s almost game show time! Online Registration cuts off at 9pm tonight. You can still register before the show starts at the office but online registration cuts down on any paperwork and you just come to the office and pay!

Hey everyone!

I apologize for being such short notice. There’s been a lot going on at the farm since the horse show. We are still hosting the April 5 show in Rocky point. I should be getting a class sheet out tonight with the early registration option.

Looking forward to seeing everybody!

We also got a donation from The Hay Loft for our helmet raffle prize for this coming show.

Important Information for the Remainder of the Year…

The day sheets and member points will be updated after each show and placed in a master folder for easy access. This folder will always contain:

• Your day sheets with recorded times from each show

• Show sheets

• Member points for each arena

• Member points for the All-Around High Point

Please use these files to track your progress throughout the year!

A huge thanks to everyone that helped and came to run Saturday at King Farmstead!

We forgot to pull for the helmet raffle. Next show we promise to do it before the fourth class at the next show.
