Norway is a 7-year-old orange and white medium-haired floof who’s finally getting the glow-up he’s always deserved. When he was first rescued, this gentle boy was in rough shape: unneutered, flea-covered, matted, suffering from painful dental issues, and too uncomfortable to groom himself. But those days are behind him now—he’s gotten a full dental, a clean bill of health, and is well on his way to becoming the regal, radiant companion he was meant to be.
Norway is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He warms up quickly to new people and absolutely adores being brushed—he’ll lean right into it and ask for more. He’s got a big personality (and an even bigger appetite!). He’ll let you know if he feels left out—because he has opinions and wants to be where the action is.
Don’t let his age fool you—this boy still has plenty of pep in his paws. He’s playful, energetic, and loves batting around toys like wand teasers and spinning ball tracks. Once he’s comfy, he might even curl up in your lap for a cozy nap, complete with biscuits.
And that face? Unforgettable. With a few teeth missing and a tongue that sometimes sticks out in the most endearing way, Norway has a funny little smile that will melt your heart.
Because his skin and coat are still healing from his time on the streets, he’ll need a human committed to regular brushing and continued TLC. He seems happiest as an only cat and would do best in a home without other felines. We’re not sure how he feels about dogs, but he’d likely do well in a home with older, respectful kids who understand his journey.
