At Buff & Bark, grooming is more than a service—it’s a passion brought to life. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Buff & Bark was built on a simple idea: every pet deserves to feel loved, comfortable, and confident.
What started as a love for animals has grown into a business rooted in care, creativity, and dedication. Here, pets aren’t just clients—they’re family. Every grooming session is handled with patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to making each experience positive for both pets and their owners.
Before starting Buff & Bark, I had the opportunity to work at Asheville Highway Animal Hospital, where my journey in animal care truly began. I started as a dog bather and kennel attendant and worked my way up to kennel manager. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
The entire team there made a lasting impact on me. The veterinarians and staff are truly amazing, and they gave me an opportunity that no other place would at the time. I’m beyond thankful for the growth, knowledge, and confidence I gained while working with them. They played a huge role in shaping my path and helping make Buff & Bark possible.
Today, I bring that same level of care, patience, and dedication into every groom. Buff & Bark blends professional grooming techniques with a creative touch—from clean, polished styles to fun, pet-safe airbrush designs that highlight each pet’s personality.
The brand reflects that same energy, with vibrant colors, playful design, and a signature love for sparkle and bold style. It’s a space where creativity meets compassion—and where every pet gets a little extra shine.
At the heart of it all is a genuine love for animals. That’s what drives everything I do—and it’s what makes Buff & Bark more than just grooming.
