Today marks 4 years since the Mackell Show—created to honor our brother, Alonzo Mackell Rodgers, who was taken from us on Thanksgiving Day. His absence is still felt every day, and his spirit continues to live through us.

This is the tribute video we shared in his honor. We will always love you, always speak your name, and always fight for justice. If you know anything about what happened to Alonzo, please come forward.

This year we will have TWO stages running simultaneously in this year’s festival! Our CHILL Stage will be located at Sassy Ann’s, where you will see a mixture of Dance Workshops, Poetry, Comedy Hour, DJs and Live Bands. Hey everyone! We’re beyond excited to announce the main stage lineup for the very first Fourth & Chill Festival happening on October 4th!

This free festival will feature performances from Jorden Albright, Feral Kitty, Hidaze, and, last but definitely not least,
The Theorizt, returning to the stage for the first time in over five years!

Hey everyone! We’re excited to announce the Fourth & Chill Fest, a brand-new festival celebrating a community that’s been instrumental in the growth of music and arts here in Knoxville.

The Fourth & Gill neighborhood is home to iconic spaces like Sassy Ann’s and The Birdhouse Community Center, both cornerstones in preserving the roots of what makes Knoxville so special when it comes to music, dance, art, and activism.

This multi-venue festival and block party will take place on the 800 block of N. 4th Ave on October 4th, 2025.

We’re thrilled to announce the final chapter + EP release show before the full drop of J.Bu$h’s upcoming album Tanasi!

This last chapter is all about the Element of Fire—coming
May 30th. 🔥 It symbolizes the spark of life that lifts us up and challenges us to channel our inner flame with purpose.

Fun fact: The Raven, the bringer of fire and spirit animal of the album, makes this one even more special. And what better place to honor the bird than The Birdhouse Community Center—home to the Good Guy Collective.
