Several Knoxville businesses are offering assistance and special deals to Federal employees affected by the shutdown; Yassin's Falafel House and Inskip Grill are offering a free meal to families affected by the shutdown, and Holly's Gourmet Market and Cafe is offering a 10% discount to both State and Federal employees.
