WHO WE ARE
Orphans of the Storm is located in Armstrong County. We were established in 1969 to provide temporary shelter for unwanted and abused animals. We match lovable animals with loving forever homes, educate the public on humane, r

esponsible care of all animals, and promote spaying and neutering to reduce companion animal overpopulation. Orphans of the Storm is a no-kill animal shelter. This means we euthanize an animal only if it is suffering with no hope to be cured, or if the animal is a danger to people or other animals. You can donate by texting ORPH to 89871

UPDATE. Thank you so so much for your support and donations to help with these babies. Four are doing very well. The two that were hospitalized the longest are getting stronger. Again thank you to the vets and staff at Butler Vet Clinic.

Stop by and enjoy Harperā€™s Lemonade.

Harperā€™s Lemonade is back again this year to support Orphans of the Storm (No Kill Animal Shelter)! Since starting her stand in 2021, Harper Bradigan has raised over $4,000 for our local animal shelter! She and her rescue dog, Chai, invite you to stop by next Wednesday for some icy, homemade lemonade!
