The Eastern North Carolina Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is an organization which is looking for volunteers interested in building a Board of Directors.
As a Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, our mission is to reduce the population of unwanted animals through education as well as comprehensive spay/neuter programs, support and resources to minimize the number of animals losing their homes, and end of life animal care which is compassionate, affordable and recognizes the emotional commitment families invest in their companion pets. The ENC SPCA will be licensed but will not be an open intake facility.
