Join us for the Pet Masquerade! Pets & owners performing for fame, fortune & prizes! Thus, the Pet Masquerade was born. (it helped fill in the time).

Registration begins @ 5 PM; Show starts @ 6:30 PM; FREE to watch, $25 donation to enter, plenty of FREE seats or bring a blanket/chair
Food & beverage available on site. Once upon a time, many years ago (about 40 or so) a big hotel and a little radio station decided to create an event that would include their pets and an excuse to dress up in costume. Since it was so new, they set it up in the ho

tel parking lot and had the owners parade their animals around it before the contest began. As the years went by, the categories, the entries and the attending crowd grew too large for the little parking lot and even the hotel grounds , so the parade and radio station became a thing of the past........

Cheers to Nancy D'amato & Lower Keys Friends of Animals for Founding and producing this beloved legacy event as a part of our Fantasy Fest Celebrations! Now on the Wednesday of Fantasy Fest week, the beautiful grounds of the Key West Truman Waterfront Amphitheater comes alive as animals and their owners join together to strut their stuff for a worthy cause! In 2024 Florida Keys Media - Radio Stations and the Monroe County Sheriff Animal Farm will carry on the celebration! In years past, more than 2000 people cheered over 60 entries and this year promises to be another fun packed event as children and adults walk, dance and even skateboard on stage with their favorite variety of pet or pets dressed in every costume imaginable.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes are awarded in every category
plus one Grand Prize winner. Registration- $25 per category (enter as many as you wish)
All registration fees benefit the Monroe County Sheriffs Animal Farm. Registration starts at 5pm
at the Truman Waterfront Amphitheater

WOW!! What a night at the 2025 Pet Masquerade last night. A big thank you to everyone who attended and all of our contestant's who make this such a special event during Fantasy Fest that benefits the Monroe County Sheriff's Office Animal Farm. Here we go, its almost game time for the 2025 Pet Masquerade, Fantasy Fest premiere family event. Gates open at 5:00 show time is 6:30 tonight. Admission is FREE, all proceeds will benefit The Monroe County Sheriff's Office Animal Farm . Come join us for all the fun tonight.

Are you ready? We are just one day away from Pet Masquerade 2025. Tomorrow night, Wednesday(10-22-25) it's the Premier Family Event of Fantasy Fest at The Truman Waterfront Amphitheater benefiting The Monroe County Sheriff's Office Animal Farm. Just us for all the crazy fun as the show will start at 6:30 pm. Contestant registration will start at 5:00 pm. This is a FREE event and will have great food and drinks along with a huge Kids Fun Zone. We are now just one week away from Pet Masquerade 2025 on Wednesday night (10-22-25) at the Truman Waterfront Amphitheater. This is the premier family event of Fantasy Fest benefiting The Monroe County Sheriff's Office Animal Farm. We are very proud to announce your host for the evening, the Rude Girl from WEOW 92.7 and Steve Miller from Conch Country 98.7. What a night it's going to be as the show will start at 6:30pm. For all contestants, registration will start at 5:00 at the Amphitheater. The gates will open at 5:00 pm and will have great food and drinks along with a huge kids fun zone. Pet Masquerade is almost here, see everyone next Wednesday night.
