It’s Tyson. The nice people here are wonderful. I’m gaining weight, and love playing on the toys. I’m not afraid of going outside like I was when I first got here. I don’t hide in the corner and face the wall when I sleep, and I have all the yummy food and water I want, and look forward to treats.

My mama here spends lots of time with me. I love to run around the yard and do zoomies, and smell all the different smells. I learned to jump and run with much better balance, and I’m much more confident. Thank you all for helping me get better. I could use some things, such as Purina One True Instinct, or Purina Pro Plan dog food, paper towels, laundry detergent, Dawn dish soap and bleach just to name a few.

Beautiful Ruby taking a dip in the pool. She is still looking for a family. She is 4 years old, very friendly, likes other dogs her size and of course likes to lounge in the pool. She needs a home with no cats because she will chase them.

We are always in need of items such as Purina One True Instinct or Purina Pro Plan dog food, horse and poultry food, laundry detergent, Dawn dish soap and bleach just to name a few.

This summer has been extremely hot so we have decided to put different windows in the dog building to help with more airflow and so the ac unit will work more efficiently since the electricity bills here are very high already. The cost for the windows will be around 800.00.
We are also looking for a new speed queen washer. We do alot of laundry so we always run 2 washers but one of ours stopped working and its been a challenge to keep up with all the laundry.

We have a drop off box outside the fence at 9638 Lake Bernice Dr in Kewaskum for gently used dog items, supplies, any unused medications etc. We also take aluminum cans so they can be recycled. Every penny helps.

This is Tyson. We’ve had him about a week now. He came from an animal control where he was running out of time. If I had to guess he had a family at one time, that took him somewhere and abandoned him. That’s how he wound up at animal control, picked up as a stray. I know this because he doesn’t like to go outside, he’s afraid his people are going to leave him again, so we go outside with him every time he goes out. He’s an awesome little boy, about a year old, very loving, and he’s getting more relaxed and less fearful of being outside. He’s starting to play on the toys, jumping, and playing, and learning how to be a dog. He loves praise, and pets, treats, bones, and affection. With a bit of time and a bunch of effort, he’ll be a normal happy dog again.

People are inherently bad. This doesn’t apply to any of you taking the time to read this, you love animals or else you wouldn’t like our page. We’ve seen some terrible things doing the rescue thing, stuff I don’t want to share or talk about, but for some reason the betrayal this boy suffered, the confusion he must have felt when his family left him, it really hurts. And after all he went through, he still loves people. Me not so much.

We’re getting our butts kicked here, between vet bills, medications, supplies, and an obscene we energies bill monthly from all of the laundry forever being done. If you’re able to lend us a hand, that would be amazing, and greatly appreciated.
