We have been working on new options to showcase the people who have achieved the ASDR Award of Merit awards. I have all the current Award of Merit-Breeder, Award of Merit, Elite Award of Merit, Award of Merit-Kennel, and Elite Award of Merit-Kennel listeds on your user page. It is there, but if is only visible to others if you have a breeder listing. I was surprised at how many people don’t have Breeders listings. The breeder listings is actually why we created the badge program. The badges go on your account and are featured on your Breeders listing saying what you have achieved. Go check out the breeders listing page and search through them and look at the ones that have the badges. This is a hard time for the kennel industry, and anything you can do to highlight the extra you do helps your sales.
I have a special offer for new Kennel listing applications. $100 for 4 years. Normally it is $100 for set up and 3 years, but I will not charge for set up and give you another year. This is only for NEW people. There are tons of people who have let their expire and that will be $75 for 3 years renewal. Our tech guy is working on a program so that when your account is getting close to expiration, you will get an email, so it won’t run out without you being notified. Remember in order to have a breeders listing you must have a registered kennel name. There is a $50 fee for that.

Entries are open for the ASDR Bourbon Trail Barkdown which will be held April 19 - 21, 2024. We will have conformation on Satuday, April 20th and Rally on Sunday April 21st. This is open to all ASDR registered dogs.

Show will be held at Philpot, Ky.

This is the first of two shows that will be held in Philpot this year.

Entries close 4/17 for the ASDR Bourbon Trail Barkdown held in Philpot, KY on April 25, 27 and 28th. I hear a lot of people grumble about the lack of shows. I know there are alot of breeders in the states to the east that do not take advantage of the shows that are offered. If you are in TN, VI, AL, MS, GA, OH, well I think you guys get the gist of this let's get those entries in.

Friday - Trick Dog Testing, Handling and Grooming Seminar. Saturday - Conformation and Agility Sunday - Nosework.
