Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity are very important to my business. My very existence is political. I am a trans-nonbinary disabled person in a space that isn’t normally accessible. What does this mean for my clients? I ask that you use my pronouns, they/them, and be understanding of my disabilities. This may look like meeting at a pet-friendly accessible place so that I can use my wheelchair, or I may bring my crutch or cane, or you may not even be able to see the aids I’m using. I want you to understand that even though I might not “look capable,” I am very capable of training your dog! My disabilities vary from day to day. Most people are understanding and curious, but I ask that you respect my privacy. I will let you know what you need to know about me. I’ve been in the dog industry professionally for 5 years now and will continue my education. At the end of the day, I want what’s best for you and your dog.🩵
