Hello all! There was not much room in the description for the PayPal pool, so here it goes.

Recently I came across a post on Facebook of 6 ferrets that needed a new home. Ashley's Ferret Asylum offered to take them all in. A wonderful woman picked them up until transport was arranged and then dropped them off at another shelter until I could go pick them up this weekend. Upon pick up, she realized that all but one were not in the greatest condition. She took them all to the vet and paid for their initial exams out of her own pocket. She is truly a blessing to the ferrets and to me. We appreciate her more than words can say.

All 6 ferrets have dental disease and ear mites.

Lulu - an older gal that will need her heart monitored. The vet says he doesn't think it's heart disease, but there was some arrythmia going on.

Wally - has a tumor that will need to be removed and was implanted for adrenal disease

Mouse - has a mass in his right ear that will likely need to be removed.

Chomp - likely adrenal and needs an implant.

Sunny Bunny - he is the healthiest looking of the bunch. He doesn't appear to have any issues aside from the dental disease and ear mites.

George - very old and has insulinoma.

They are all on antibiotics for the dental disease but will need cleanings. They have all had the initial dose of meds for their ear mites.

Please help us help them if you can. Every penny counts! Thank you so much for taking your time to read all this, and as always, thank you to our amazing supporters!

Below is the sweet story we "borrowed" from Joan Lessard's post...sorry the previous posts' link was a dead~ Oh, and by the way, the Riverhaus Babies are loudly objecting to the term borrowed...
"WE STOLE IT" 🌻🤪😎

I got curious to find out if anybody – other than a few rare souls like myself – actually likes ferrets, so I poked around on the Internet to see if I could find a favorable quote. Lo and behold, I came upon this one from the novel Women in Love
