This handsome, smiley boy is about 1 year old and weighs around 50 lbs. Jay Jay is full of energy and loves to play—he’s the perfect companion for an active home that can keep up with his fun-loving spirit!

He’s incredibly friendly and has a happy personality that shines the moment you meet him. Jay Jay is ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of tail wags to his forever family.

🐾 Meet Chopper 🐾

Chopper is a handsome 4-year-old boy, weighing about 65 lbs, with a friendly personality and a heart ready for a second chance. 💙 He already knows a few basic commands and is eager to please!

Chopper, along with his brother Trouble and sister Tiger, was left behind when their owner abandoned them and their home was demolished. Now, through no fault of his own, he’s waiting for someone to step up and give him the life he deserves.

🐶 Dog friendly – does best with female dogs
⚠️ Prefers calmer companions (can be impatient with very energetic or jumpy dogs)
💙 Sweet, friendly, and deserving of a loving home

📍 Located in Cartersville, GA (rescue-only facility)

We suppose the sunny ☀️ day is keeping people away from the shelter today. Unfortunately, that means this may be the last sunny☀️🥺 day that Grant, Spring, and Camilla experience.

They need an adopter, rescue, or pre-approved foster so they can live.

If you are interested in in meeting one of these dogs, please load up any of your current dogs and drive to Hall County Animal Shelter now.

Our Tax exempt status was approved 3/4 by the IRS!!!!!!

We will be starting a fundraiser to raise funds to purchase a transport vehicle. We would love to have a vehicle for transportation to events as well as vetting. This would help lighten the request for funds on a per transport situations. We are trying to reduce some stress and to be available to transport more frequently. Any suggestions on what would make a good fundraiser???

Rori and Suki (females) are being fostered together, while Jess-male ( now named Cyrus The Great) is in a foster to adopt home. The girls will be headed to the rescue facility very soon!
