https://bit.ly/4lX9VDo Founded by Kristi Potts, KZoo Cream opened their doors on Tuesday on South Westnedge Avenue near Pioneer Street where Taco Bob's drive-through used to be, according to City of Kalamazoo officials.

Potts is the business's sole employee and she received start-up funding and support from Michigan Women Forward, a nonprofit that helps women and minorities pursue entrepreneurship.
