A bit of advice during this cold weather. My dogs are a bit miffed i won't let them out ever hour. But then they go out, give me a look over their shoulders, p*e, 2 inches from the door, turn around and come back in. But then when they really have to go, they follow the path Bass made, try to take care of business as quickly as possible and run back in. The downside of short dogs is their bits have no protection 😆

I know it's only been 24 years since this happened but if we can come together when we're attached from the outside, but why are we so divided when we're attached from within????? Can we please put a stop to these school shootings and other BS?????
Where were you on this day 24 years ago? Me? I was ironing my Navy uniforms, watching as the second tower was hit and then had to go to my son's school (he was in 2nd grade) and try to find a way to explain that I might have to leave him again.

The one thing I really dislike about this grooming life is that I lose my pups before I'm ready. I've groomed, loved and lost too many pets in the 15 years I've been doing this. Some hot harder than others.
Today the expected unexpectedly happened and I lost my pup, Kubi. If groomed him in 2 different homes and, even though he stayed with family, he really became a part of my life. His "singing" serenade during the baths was heard throughout the houses but he always brought a smaller to my heart. I'll sorely miss him and his families but know that he'll make his presence known.

While grooming Dutch the other day, client's college daughter's cat decided she had to explore everything of mine. This is where the flip phone came in handy. Didn't know I caught this picture until I just looked. Poor Dutch didn't get saved like he wanted.

March in Michigan is going bonkers!! Your pets just didn't know what to make of it and are getting Spring Fever, driving us pawrents insane!
Just remember that it will pass and the weather will stabilize, someday, maybe in our lifetime 😆😂. Here's to the season of insanity.
