If you are using a Seresto collar on your dog we suggest you remove it immediately. None of our patients should be using these as we don’t like them
And have never sold them. If you are or have been using this collar please call the clinic to have your pet checked out.

Good first day of stay at home order. We are considered in the “essential” group of businesses. We are still operating on an 8-12 schedule. You can still call after those hours if you have a sick pet. 5613226317 We are masked up and gloved up to greet everyone.
Wishing everyone good health and love. Get out and walk your dog. ❤️🐾

03/26/2020

Update on corona virus: We are still operating normal hours.
We are now asking that all clients stay in their car and call the clinic upon arrival and we will pick up your pet car side. If you are picking up food or medicine please do the same. All payments will be done over the phone. While we understand handing over your baby is scary please know we treat every pet how we treat our own ; with lots of love and compassion (even the sassy ones).
We are at a crossroad in the effort to reduce transmission. The sacrifices we make now just might save someone’s life.
Hang in there. Do some things at home you’ve been putting off. Clean out a closet, organize your files, paint a room. Doing things like this helps alleviate stress by allowing you to focus on something else plus giving you a good feeling of accomplishment. This won’t last forever. ❤️

03/15/2020

Regarding Corona virus: We are STILL OPEN regular hours. We are disinfecting all touch surfaces after each client/ patient as well as keeping scheduling light allowing for one client/patient in the building at a time. We are all symptom free and should that change will make everyone aware immediately.

We are asking all clients to get medications and dog/cat food to last a month. We are happy to bring items to your car and place them in your trunk. If you are unable to leave your home please call us and we will get what you need to your home.

This is obviously an evolving situation and will post any changes.

This is a new experience for all of us. Be smart. Follow recommendations of health professionals and we will get through this.

Love to the entire NCAH family.
