We’re now scheduling clean-ups for both new clients and those who booked a one-time service with us last year. If your yard needs a fresh start, we’ve got you covered!

• FREE yard assessments with our field technician
• Spring clean-ups starting at $100
• Pricing may vary based on yard size, time since last clean-up, number of dogs, and more

❄️ Snow Update ❄️

First, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing customers who trust us to keep your yards clean and safe. We truly appreciate every single one of you! 🐾💚🐾💚

With the heavy snowfall, we unfortunately can’t safely be out scooping right now. Deep snow and hidden ice make it unsafe and prevent us from providing the thorough service you expect.

In the past, we offered discounts during snow closures. As a growing small business, we’ve learned that we unfortunately can’t continue that practice long-term. We truly appreciate your understanding!

The good news? As soon as the weather breaks for a few days, we’ll be out doing double dootie 💩💪 to help prevent spring “poop soup”!

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this record-breaking Juneau snowfall. Safety always comes first, and we truly appreciate your flexibility.

We’re excited to announce that Juneau P**p Scoop will be reopening and resuming service on Monday, January 19, 2026.

✔️ January service will be prorated for the remainder of the month
✔️ You’ll receive a separate invoice email
✔️ No clean-up fee will be charged as we return to service

With the continued heavy snowfall and winter conditions, we are currently unable to safely service yards. 🌨️ The safety of our team and the protection of your property are always our top priorities.

✅ You will not be charged for any services we are unable to complete during this time.
✅access your yard, services will resume and charges will be prorated accordingly.

We are closely monitoring weather and ground conditions and will return as soon as it is safe to do so. ❄️🏔️ No action is needed on your part—we’ll handle everything on our end.

Your safety, your furry friends, your property, and our staff are always our top priorities. With heavy snowfall and unsafe road conditions, some services may be delayed or occasionally skipped. If that happens, don’t worry—we’ll be back the following week for double dooty 💩💪

As the rain rolls in (because… Juneau 🌧️), more waste often becomes visible. Anything that appears will be scooped as part of your regular service. Spring here is never just one clean—it’s rain, snow, melt, repeat!

❄️🐾Winter weather updates ❄️

Snow and freezing temps can impact pet waste removal, and we appreciate your understanding as we adjust for safety and efficiency.

• We follow existing tracks in snowy yards—no digging through deep snow
• Frozen waste: we’ll attempt removal (including gently kicking/loosening it), but if it’s frozen solid, we’ll return once warmer weather allows
• Locked or snowed-in gates may result in a skipped visit
• Missed visits due to weather = “double dooty” once conditions improve 💩
• Spring clean-ups are included for regular route customers 🌱

Winter is almost here! ❄️

As snow begins to fall, please remember a few important winter service notes:

🐾 Pet Waste & Snow: We can’t scoop what we can’t see! If waste is covered by snow, we’ll remove it once it’s visible again at your next scheduled service.

🚪 Gated Entrances: Please keep your gate area clear of snow so our team can safely access your yard. We’re happy to help clear it at no extra charge if needed—but this can cause delays in routes, so we truly appreciate your help!

➡️ Inward-Swinging Gates: Unfortunately, we can’t clear snow from the inside if the gate swings inward. If we can’t access your yard, we’ll return at your next scheduled visit.

🌬️ Winter Weather Delays: For our staff’s safety, we pause service during winter storms or low visibility. We’ll resume as soon as conditions improve.
