As many of you may remember our search for the perfect family to adopt our "Tarzan & Jane".....we had found the perfect family 4 months ago. It was an emotional day saying our goodbyes.
Well I got the heartbreaking call a few weeks ago that the couple that gave them the best and most loving family, was undergoing major health issues. Husband had taken a serious fall and had been in rehab for nearly 2 months. He was back home but was not in a position to keep up with the everyday chores like litter box etc.
Then the wife got the tragic news that the cancer was back and only has a few months to live.
They loved Tarzan and Jane so much that it was crushing to have to acknowledge that they could not provide the care for them anymore. It was a bitter sweet drive to go get them and bring them home. As we were so excited to see our babies and give them a safe place, it was also very emotional to see and hear the heartbreak of this family as they had to say their goodbyes.
The emotions of knowing that we can provide a safe place for these babies but knowing they were also loosing this forever loving home that they deserve.
They are on the hunt for their forever loving home and can give them everything they deserve. I will not be in a hurry to place them and will have requirements:
Must be only cats
Must stay together
Must live within 3 hours of Joplin, Missouri - in the event life happens and we need to help. We will always provide love and a safe place.

These two have been bonded since kittens. As the saying goes: "Opposite's attract"
Tarzan loves the carrier and gets excited as to where he is getting to go to next. Walks on harness and leash. He will roll and give kisses for food. Knows no stranger and eager to meet anyone new, he will talk to you and ask for pets even from someone he has never met before.
Jane She gets very attached to one or two people. She is reserved and can be shy. She is not a fan of travel or adventures, she loves to stay home where it is calm and quiet. Will not meet new people and will stay hidden until they leave. She does love to play fetch and will play for hours. (Favorite is plastic). Loves laps and sleeping next to "her" person.
