Oat flour, flavoring, water, sometimes a leavener, sometimes an egg. Simple, healthy, tasty. I make all the treats myself, in my tiny little kitchen. I grind the oats into flour. I mix the ingredients, and roll out the doug

h. I shape and bake the treats. Then, I package the final product. It's all my work. It's a very small operation. My workspace is a 4 foot by 2 foot counter and an oven. (I block the entrance to the kitchen when I'm working because DHEC rules tell me the princess can't be in the kitchen while I'm working.) I sell in person only; no online ordering, yet. Every Saturday:
