Fix The Ferals Fundraiser!

This fundraiser was created so that we could offer vouchers for free Spay neuters for any feral brought into second chance clinic.

These vouchers are going to be distributed every month through the Sonora Cat Rescue website.

Every donation will be matched up to $10,000 and that means we get to give out double the double number of vouchers each month!

These vouchers will be accepted at the Second Chance clinic Monday through Thursday. Every day we hold open five spots for feral cats so you don’t need to make an appointment. If we have any cancellations, those spots will also go to any ferals that come that day. If you’re going to be trapping three or more cats at one time, give us a call and make an appointment to make sure you get in.

We have traps to loan out for a refundable $50 deposit.

Phone Update: We are waiting on the provider to do their thing and get us up and running. Their est is “soon”. Don’t you love it!

Our phones are down and we are working on getting them back up ASAP but the clinic is open for business!

We are a little shorthanded this week with Dr. Temple’s hand injury. We have had to reschedule some of your appointments last week and reduce the number of ferals we are able to take in this week.

This coming week will be closed Monday, but open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The biggest impact will be to the number of ferals that we will be able to take each day.

We appreciate your patience while we get this sorted out.

 At the same time we’re looking for a second Vet, so please have them contact us if you know of anyone who might be interested !

There’s going to be a scheduled power outage for the clinic on July 23 due to some work PG&E is doing in the neighborhood. That day we will be unable to take any feral cats in and only able to do walk-in vaccinations between nine and 12.
