Coming up this Wednesday December 6th.

This one is near and dear to my heart for several reasons. One being that The Moon Dog Farm is only about 6 miles away from the town I grew up in. Another that we have the opportunity to meet Andrew Harvey at the afta-pawty! And then of course that we're supporting Jill Angelo's efforts to find forever homes for the animals she so lovingly tends to, and in so doing helping so many open their hearts to so much more love - which is really what this life is all about from my perspective.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to The Moon Dog Farm animal rescue shelter.

Many of us in our healing journeys may reach a point where we tell ourselves it’s okay not to be okay.

After resting mindfully and lovingly in the place of not okay, we may discover a part of us that doesn’t feel okay about being okay. That’s okay.

To this very precious part of ourselves, if we should have the privilege to happen upon it, I extend an invitation to be curious about the possibility of it being okay to be okay.

Sometimes, we may even notice conflicting thoughts and feelings about this, and, you guessed it. That's okay.
