Gut wrenching day for all Meadows peoples. Rest in Paradise Hunter 😞

Hunter, who has been harness racing since he was 16, was driving Wednesday evening when there was an accident involving six horses.

Friends of Hunter said he was a proud new dad.

Our little guy/farm mascot Mansai put in a huge effort in his qualifier today hanging on for 3rd against two absolute beasts. Super proud of this little fella! Over 60 days off too! When I say little, he is a certified pony, coming in at around 14 hands, maybe 14.1 on a good day. Those little legs are going 500 miles an hour out there 🤣🖤

One year of hard work with this filly finally paid off! Telekinesis (formerly named Crunchy Berries) breaks her Maiden today and gets it done!

Our big black filly we’ve been working with for almost a full year now made her first lifetime start today, and picked up a check for 5th! 💰 😁
Nice and easy confidence building first race today!

28.3 last quarter with a lot of adjustments to make. I think she can come home in 27 and change, easy 👀

Shoutout to myself for breaking this horse in a hay field 😆, Pirillo Racing for getting her to the races, and Aaron Merriman for the nice smooth confidence builder drive and not cowboying her in her first race 🙏🏽
