2nd foal on the ground as of April 16th, where does time go?!

Little black (currently) filly…dang near twin to our other foal, crazy…but where’s or color or genetic or breeding gurus who want to help make a guess of what she’ll be?!?

These 2 crossed & had a beautiful buckskin stud c**t previously; genetically speaking a cramello (the mare) doesn’t have the genes to throw a black. What do you think this filly will transition to colorwise?!?!

This filly goes back to Dash For Cash & Streakin Six on the Dam’s side and High Brow Cat & Mr Sun Olena on Stallion’s side (Simba)

Before the last 12 months, databases like the American Quarter Horse Association’s QData could only track rope horse earnings at judged shows, where pedigrees were verified by judges to ensure rampant cheating wasn’t fudging the numbers. But in 2022, the AQHA teamed up with the Riata Buckle Stallion Incentive Program to infuse some $2 million into the recorded earnings of rope horses.

And, for the first time, the AQHA relied on 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 magazine’s indexing of the horses the Top 15 rode at this year’s Wrangler National Finals Rodeo to funnel another $1.1 million from rodeo’s big show into QData, shifting the all-time earnings list dramatically for team roping horses.

But who cares? Why should ropers care if this type of money is tracked on their horses? After all, they’re roping for millions in Las Vegas and Fort Worth, and you can’t ride papers…can you?

Warmer temps are here, which means we are getting closer to breeding season! ☀️

Simba goes back to all the great cow horses that need no introduction - High Brow Cat (High Bow Hickory x Smart Little Kitty), Mr Sun O Lena (Doc Olena x Sunflower Sana), Doc Bar, Smart Little Lena, and Peppy San.

He will cross exceptionally with just about anything. The foals will excel in any direction you take them - ranching, roping, cutting, barrel racing, etc. This stallion will allow you to create your own reality in your foals!

We are only covering a limited amount of outside mares for 2023! Get on our books before spots are filled!

With some hours in the saddle and some wet saddle pads, Simba will be cool! 🦁

Meanwhile, 2 mares were tied up on the other side of the pen while he was being ridden. He wasn’t phased a bit and stuck to the task at hand.

We are beyond excited to get him riding well and give him a job!

Simba is a true gentleman.

He hauled to town with two mares, and didn’t make a scene.

We brought him into the indoor to work him, while there were 6 other horses in there. He didn’t even make a peep let alone throw a fit.
