It’s harvest day, which means it’s time to get your pre orders in before tomorrows Corey Avenue Sunday Market on St. Pete Beach!

This week we have the following available to be ordered by the oz:

Sunflower

Cantaloupe

Dundale pea shoots (phasing these out as they’ve been out of stock for quite some time, last 3 trays available)

Speckled pea (brand new!)

Broccoli

Rambo purple radish

Triton purple radish (very limited as we are phasing this out and grew our last tray)

Keep in mind the market hours have shifted to 10am-2pm!

Some inspo for consumption🌱😋

Yesterday morning I tried something new & sautéed up our broccoli micros with my eggs. Topped with kelp, turmeric, black pepper & a fresh blend of Rambo & Triton purple radish.

Lunch was tuna on a spinach wrap with kelp, tomato, cucumber, purple onion & our Dundale pea shoots.

🥙Radish Microgreens are high in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K as well as carotene. They contain potassium & are high in dietary fiber which can help in relieving occasional constipation amongst many other health benefits. Some other nutrient contents are folic acid, niacin, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.

🥦Broccoli Microgreens are rich in vitamins A, C, and K, and they also provide essential minerals like calcium and potassium. They are known for their high sulforaphane content, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

🥗Pea Microgreens contain vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and some B vitamins like folate. As well as essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, & potassium and are often valued for their relatively high protein content compared to other microgreens. They also provide dietary fiber, which is beneficial for digestion.

If you would like to place your order ahead of time please DM us. We’re happy to pre package your greens for pickup Sunday morning so that we don’t risk selling out ahead of time.

The St.Pete beach community showed us so much love and support!! 🌊☀️

Fun fact: I got my childhood nickname Beans, when we lived in Gulfport (town shores) when I was a little girl & my husband was born & raised in St.Pete.

Brought back beautiful memories & reminded us this will always be home.
