🌟 We made it to Wilmington, Ohio for Day One of the Fast CAT Invitational! 🏁

It’s been such a blast getting to meet our other speedy English Setter friends in person — these dogs are seriously flying! Everyone is neck and neck for the title of fastest English Setter, and the competition is fierce in the best way.

Jasper was technically the slowest of the Setters today (by just a hair!), but it’s still anyone’s game heading into the next rounds. We’ll be back tomorrow since we’re driving back and forth — can’t wait to see who makes it to the final two! 🐾💨

Today, we choose to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day — not as a token holiday, but as a reminder of who this land truly belongs to and whose voices deserve to be centered.

As a person and as a business, I refuse to celebrate colonizers or bigots. I celebrate the first people of this country — the ones whose mark on the land, animals, and community will live on forever. 🌾

May today be a day of recognition, reflection, and gratitude.

I couldn’t resist putting together a little barn hunt scene for our decorations this year, and I LOVE how it turned out. Between the spooky vibes and the hidden rats, it feels like the perfect mix of festive + dog sport fun.

☀️🍦 Hot fall day = perfect excuse for ice cream! Unice and I headed to the grand opening of by this weekend and treated ourselves to some yummy soft serve. 🐾✨

We didn’t make it for the costume contest this time, but she was still manifesting getting a Hot Dog with her costume! We had our sweet treats, but skipped our Hot Dog due to my own time restraints. Definitely planning to head back soon to try out the whole menu!

Whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to give your dog a chance to build confidence in a one-on-one setting, these sessions are the perfect way to introduce your pup to the world of ratting. 🐶💪

🐾 We had the cutest crew out at the bird dog field today! From wagging tails to eager noses, everyone put in the work and had so much fun while doing it.

These days in the field are all about building confidence, teamwork, and making sure our pups are sharp and ready for their upcoming hunt tests. Watching them learn and grow with each run is such a rewarding part of the journey.
