We got Pudge out to the barn for a bit this evening. His hind legs are not cooperating the best but he’s a happy boy and doesn’t think anything is wrong.

Guys this is Pearl. I technically do not consider her to be a rescue because we purchased her from a seller. If we hadn’t gotten her someone else would have and it might or might not have been a good permanent home. The dark marks are harness scars from working in the fields. She has marks on her rear too where the harness rested. A few of the scars are down to the skin. I cannot even imagine the pain she felt. Ben and I cover all her costs. I just wanted to post her and show what some of these work horses endure for a good part of their life. She is a sweetheart.

I got this great stroller off of Marketplace so we can wheel Layla over to the barn with us. She is loving exploring the new scents and sleeping in the comfy stroller for the few hours she goes out with us. I love this for her.
