Indee Bark Park

Indee Bark Park Provides a safe, fun environment where dogs and play, socialize, exercise and train off-leash and to promote responsible dog ownership.

Established in October of 2017, the Indee Bark Park is an off-leash dog park located on the North side of Independence. The ground for the park was donated by the city and all of the expenses of building the park were (and continue to be) donated funds by citizens. Each year the committee adds new features and improvements to the park with the donated funds. The yearly permits and day passes for u

se of the park are a large contributor to these funds. The Indee Bark Park provides a safe environment for humans and their fur babies to play and socialize. We hope you enjoy the park! Committee members include: Deb Hanna, Diane Smith-Kurtz, Sue Doan, Joan Dale, Chris Hand, Brian Elzey, Sonya Elzey, Carly Wayne, and Joe Olsen.
