Tarot for a good cause! Cat Lady Tarot will be reading at the KC Mystic Fair, with all donations going to Moggy’s Refuge. Pull a card, help a cat. 🐾

Come find me at the KC Mystic Fair this weekend! ✨🐾

I’ll be doing live tarot readings by the Moggy’s Refuge booth on Friday evening (Oct 23) and Saturday afternoon (Oct 24). Readings are by donation, and every dollar goes to Moggy’s Refuge, our foster-based, cat-only rescue here in KC.

I read with my Tarot of Pagan Cats deck, and I’m in the middle of my tarot certification, so you’ll get an honest, grounded reading from a reader who is still learning. Tarot is a way to reflect on what’s going on in your life and hear what your own intuition has to say. Bring a question, or bring nothing and see what shows up.

Stop by, say hi, meet the Moggy’s Refuge team, and help the cats while you’re at it. 🐾

👽 Meet Maslow 🛸

The aliens have landed, and they brought a kitten.

Maslow is a 3.5-month-old girl who arrived with one message for humankind: “Take me to your leader.” (Your leader is the one holding the toy. We checked.) 🐾

She is playful, she is small, and she has a plan to abduct you to the nearest couch for snuggles and zoomies. Her hierarchy of needs is short: play, play, a lap, and then more play. 🛸💛

Maslow is ready to meet the humans of Earth. Be the first to make contact. 🌎

🌀 Meet Wallaby 🖤

Look into her eyes. Deeper. Deeper still.

Wallaby is 5.5 months old, a sleek black house panther, and she is working on hypnotizing you into adopting her. You’re feeling very sleepy. You’re feeling very drawn to this application. You will not remember scrolling here, but you will remember the squeezy treats. 😵‍💫

Here’s the honest part: Wallaby is a little slow to warm up. She’s still learning that people are pretty okay, and she takes her time deciding. Bring a squeezy treat, though, and you’re a friend for life. 🐾

Her stare is powerful. Her heart is worth earning. 🖤

👉 Meet Wallaby and apply to adopt: https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/MOG-A-725?embedded=1&iframeId=shelterluv_wrap_1670422609686&columns=1 #

👉 Tag someone who is definitely under her spell. 👇

🎨🐾 That’s a Wrap on the Mystery Pet Portrait Fundraiser! 🐾🎨

We raised $30 for the cats in our foster network. Not every fundraiser is a home run, and that’s okay. Every little bit helps pay for vet care, spay/neuter surgeries, and food and litter, and we are grateful to everyone who took part. That includes Rusty’s person, whose portrait is pictured here. 🧡

A huge thank you to our volunteer artists. They are on hold for now because the Mystery Pet Portrait Fundraiser will be back in March 2027!

In the meantime, have you seen our Catio Raffle? Enter for your chance to win a catio for your spoiled felines. 🐱
