I will be at Pucks for Paws helping promote Small Paws as well as Science of Sit LLC. Come out and see us 🐶🐕.

Happy Monday!! We have some big news for everyone …
Small Paws will be attending our very first Pucks for Paws this Wednesday April 9th, at the Utica Aud!! We are so excited for our first event & we hope to see many familiar faces! Our table is going to offer ,
- goodie bags for your pups
- 2 raffle baskets with items for your pet! (these raffles will be free of charge just stop by our table and fill out a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the baskets!)
- and we will be having a PHOTOBOOTH for you to get your pups picture and always remember being able to bring them to the hockey game!!!

We also are offering the chance to win 2 FREE TICKETS to the game to anyone who is a current customer at my daycare! All you have to do is share this post, give it a like and comment done & by tomorrow afternoon I will do a random drawing for our winner! (the two tickets are for the humans and there will be a $10 fee for your dog as a donation fee to the Humane Society!)

We are so excited that we are able to be at this event & we can not wait to see everyone! Don’t forget to stop by and visit us at our table!

Training your dog to recall after hearing the whistle has several benefits:
1. The whistle always sounds the same 👂 Unlike your voice which may change tone depending on your mood and emotion.

2. On windy 🌬 or rainy 🌨 days, your voice doesn't carry as well as a whistle.

3. The whistle can carry over greater distance, when your dog is out of sight 🔊. *** Your dog should have a rock solid recall if you are letting them go out of sight. Especially if they are off leash. ***
