🎵🐓 Meet the Lo-Fi Roosters 🐓🎵

Our Icelandic rooster trio is straight out of a chill beats playlist—meet Powfu, Ouse, and Jomie. These handsome boys are named after some of our favorite lo-fi artists because they bring nothing but good vibes to the flock.

💿 Powfu – The quiet thinker. Always watching over the hens like a mellow protector.
🎧 Ouse – A little mysterious, a little flashy. His crow has that perfect lo-fi drop.
🎶 Jomie – Our smooth talker. Never in a rush, just vibin’ with the breeze.

Icelandic chickens are known for their hardiness, unique plumage, and quirky personalities—just like their namesakes, these guys are full of individuality and charm.

🌿🐓 Ragweed… for science! 🧪✨
Okay, so ragweed isn’t exactly a superfood… but today I tossed some to the animals just to see what they’d do.

Turns out:
🦆 Some sniffed it suspiciously
🐀 A few nibbled like tiny skeptics
🐓 And at least one chicken acted like I served a 5-star salad 😅

While it’s not something I’d feed regularly (it’s low on the nutrition list), sometimes enrichment is about variety, curiosity, and natural behavior—not just calories.

Plus, it’s kind of fun to watch them decide who’s a fan and who’s personally offended. 😂

🫶 And all the chaos and love that comes with running a home, a farm, and a life that’s never boring.
