Happy 4th of July, everyone ❤️🤍💙
Kutter has been sleeping through the fireworks all weekend, as he typically does. Archie, though, seems to be a bit more bothered this year than he has in previous years. Going as far as hiding under dad’s desk and refusing to go outside to potty. We spent last night in the basement to muffle the noises, and it looks like we may be doing the same tonight. May have to look into some preventative measures next year for our boy 🙁

Kutter got a rare treat yesterday—he got to spend some time in the garage 😂 he helped me get some parts out of a box and got annoyed when I tried to snap a picture to send to dad. His face is KILLING ME

Poor Archie, our problem child. Went outside with them, stepped away for less than 2 minutes, and came back to a bloody paw on Archie. Cleaned him up (after he ran away from me and ran in circles a hundred times, DEFINITELY not making it worse 🙄) and found that he broke a claw somehow. Bled pretty good for a minute or so but got it to stop easily. Plan on taking him to the vet tomorrow morning to see if they recommend some bandages/antibiotics. He seems to be doing just fine and can walk normally. I just hate knowing he’s hurt 😢

This is how we are opting to snuggle this morning, after musical chairs to decide who gets mom’s lap 🖤
