When Dandi first came into our care, she was so submissive and shy. She stayed low to the ground and was scared of every movement around her. 💔
Then something amazing happened.
Dandi went into a foster home and slowly learned that not all people are scary. She learned how to trust. She gained confidence. She started discovering what it feels like to be loved and safe. ❤️
We brought her back to the shelter so people could meet her and hopefully give her a better chance at finding her forever family.
But now, after all that growth, Dandi is facing the unthinkable.
She could lose her life simply because there isn't enough space.
Our shelter is overwhelmed. Our foster homes are full. There are more dogs needing help than we have places to put them. We are desperately trying to save as many as we can, but we cannot keep up with the number of animals coming through the doors.
Dandi has until THIS FRIDAY to find her forever home. 🚨
Dandi does best as the only dog in the home, but she has so much love to give her person. She deserves the chance to keep growing, to feel safe, and to finally have a family of her own.
