OC Pom Rescue OC Pom Rescue is founded on the principles of giving voice to the voiceless. Our purpose is to rescu We are fully foster-based and do not use any facilities.

OC Pom Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Southern California. We rescue and rehabilitate Pomeranians of all ages, sizes, and conditions, and also welcome other small dog breeds into our care. We seek to find them their perfect forever home based on their individual needs and history, while also promoting compassion and educating the public about animal welfare. Our founders have over

ten years of dog rescue experience and we are always welcoming new volunteers to join our team. Our volunteer network runs through Orange County, San Diego County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire.

We’re celebrating all things fluffy and fabulous with a special adoption event featuring adorable, adoptable Pomeranians. 🧡🎨🩵Come meet your new best friend and a get a sneak peek at their vibrant personalities.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! San Diego friends?!!! Save the Date 💟💌Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 5pm to 8pm. Its going to be a pizza and Pom Doggies on the Deck! celebrating Chloe’s 1st Gotcha and 2nd Year Around the Sun. We’re sharing the love with beneficiaries OC Pom Rescue.
🏆They are a breed-specific 501(c) (3) nonprofit dog rescue based in Southern California. Created by women in 2020, the rescue strives to educate about responsible dog ownership and the Pomeranian breed. Their purpose as a rescue is to give every dog a second chance (or a third or fourth!) and a loving forever home.
Invite your friends and their doggies! 🐝🤍🦋❤️ Indulge in our exclusive Yappy Hour, offering $2.50 pizza slices and special drinks. Meet Chartreuse! This little mans was in rough shape in the shelter—foxtails, ulcerated mass, back leg pain and stiffness, flea infestation, mats, and severe dental decay/infection. Thank you to the networkers, transporter, and his foster for doing everything in your power to get this boy into ’s care 💛 Now, we need your help fighting that mouth infection and removing his chipped and rotten teeth!! 🦷 He is also getting x-rays to assess the back leg pain and stiffness and aspirating the mass on his tummy. Lifelong Companion Animal Solidarity

OC Pom Rescue is made up of individuals who share a common will to save the lives of those that face homelessness, neglect, and insecurity. In today’s day and age, animals as a whole face harmful transgressions against their rights and livelihood. Whether that be cruelty, overbreeding, consumption, or entertainment. We, as a rescue, work against institutions that put profit over life. OC Pom Rescue’s mission is to rescue and rehabilitate Pomeranians of all sizes, ages, and conditions. We seek to find them their forever home, while promoting love and educating the public on the Pomeranian breed.

While we are a Pomeranian specific rescue, we do not discriminate! Many of our intakes are mixes and other breeds entirely - however, we can promise that we will do the best of our abilities to educate potential adopters on their breed and needs. Because all companions have the same desire and right to be loved by their family.

OC Pom Rescue is a rescue started by volunteers that have extensive experience in dog rescue and animal advocacy. If we can promise only one thing, it is that we are passionate about saving lives and finding their forever homes!
