I have always had a flair for the creative, and for a long time I felt like I couldn't quite find my place in the corporate world. I had often dreamed about making flowers, creativity, and design into a career. In 2013 I made the first real step toward my dreams, and I enrolled at The Floral Design Institute of Portland. I absolutely fell in love with all things floral. I discovered how wonderful

the gift of flowers can be at every stage of life, and I knew then that I wanted to use my new passion for people: to bring joy, sunshine, and encouragement, to make every event something truly special, and to bring a little more beauty to the world. As Elsie de Wolfe once said: "I will make everything around me beautiful - that will be my life." In January of 2014, I launched The Little Wildflower, an event florist based in Portland, Oregon. My goal is to do everything I can to take the stress off and make planning a fun and exciting process for you! Even if you don't know exactly what you're wanting, I can help you! It is such a joy to be a part of finding your vision and then making it come to life. I live in Portland with my wonderful husband, Peter and our cat, Beans. So, if you are looking for flowers for your upcoming event, holiday, prom or wedding, or even if you're just wanting to give flowers to someone you care about, I would love to hear from you.
