So the New client came in today. Telling me how she’s preparing for her husbands funeral. We talked about how he died suddenly and how he loved the color orange. He was very bright everywhere he went. She said how she seen us on google and would love for me to color their hair so they will be ready for the funeral because they will be attending . I gave her the price and she said maybe next time because money was a little tight. I told her how about this… pay for one color and I’ll give the other for free. She kind of freaked out and said “No! I can’t do that, you’re a small business I can’t take away from you!” I said “you’re going through a lot let this be a gift from me to you.” She gave in and said ok. When she came to pick them up she cried full of joy. She kept telling me how he would have loved it and this was the best gift I could have given. She made me cry and we hugged each other it was truly a special moment.
I’m not saying this to brag it’s just moment like this that make me love what I do. The bery reason I became a business owner because I can give back the love I have for this business. This is also the very reason I get super emotional or angry when people try to accuse me or my staff of wrongful doing. We do this because we truly love our pets and what we do for them. This moment will always remain with me and I’m so happy I was able to give her a gift that was so meaningful. 🥰🥰🥰
