6mo female puppy available for foster or adoption. Mochi is located in San Antonio but she can be moved within the state of TX.
Mochi has found herself without a home. This sweet girl was not a good fit for her elderly owner.
She has a wonderful temperament, is crate trained and loves her toys.
She is currently in a temporary experienced foster home where we can find out a lot more about her temperament.
We currently don’t know how she is with other dogs, but there is no reason to think she wouldn’t be happy to have someone to play with, though she’s been living as an only dog for some time.
Please apply here to foster or adopt:

🚨 STELLA SURVIVED I-45. NOW SHE NEEDS A FOSTER! 🚨

💔 This beautiful Malinois was nearly hit by a semi-truck on I-45 near Ennis, TX, before someone stepped in and saved her life.

She’s safe for now, but her temporary foster cannot keep her long. We need a foster or adopter ASAP! She’s currently located in the DFW area. About 1 year old and 50-55lbs.

As a foster we will provide all vetting and you will be assigned a mentor that will assist with any training questions etc.

❤️ TX Malinois Alliance has evaluated Stella, and we have GREAT news!

She’s an absolute sweetheart!

🐾 Crate trained AND potty trained!
❤️ Very affectionate and loves to cuddle
🎾 Playful, energetic and eager to learn
🐶 May do well with other dogs with proper introductions
🥰 A happy girl with the BIGGEST smile!

Like a typical Malinois, Stella has plenty of energy and will thrive with someone who enjoys an active, intelligent companion.

Cats and children are still unknown.

🏡 STELLA NEEDS A PERMANENT FOSTER, FOSTER-TO-ADOPT OR FOREVER HOME!

She survived a busy interstate. Now she deserves a safe place to land and a family who will love her.

🐾 Apply here:

❤️ CAN’T FOSTER OR ADOPT? PLEASE SHARE STELLA!

Her temporary situation won’t last forever. Let’s get this smiling girl HOME! 🐾

**OFFICIAL UPDATE — TX MALINOIS ALLIANCE RESCUE**

**ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.**

For several days, TX Malinois Alliance has been subjected to an overwhelming volume of negative comments, personal attacks, and damaging accusations following our decision to release a rescue tag at BARC on October 16, 2026.

We issued a public statement explaining that decision. THE DOG WAS GIVEN A 24HR REPRIEVE and subsequently found placement with another rescue.

**The dog was saved. That should matter.**

Instead, the attacks have continued and have now extended to our Facebook reviews, where accusations are being made about our organization by individuals who have no firsthand experience adopting, fostering, volunteering, or working with our rescue.

LET US BE VERY CLEAR

**Being a breed-specific rescue does not obligate us to accept every dog brought to our attention.**

TX Malinois Alliance does not knowingly intake dogs outside our breed-specific mission. While some have pointed to mixed-breed puppies listed for adoption through our organization, those puppies were born into our care to a rescued Malinois mother. Caring for her puppies does not change our mission or make us an all-breed rescue.

Disagreeing with a rescue's decision is everyone's right. However, disagreement does not justify HARASSMENT, PERSONAL ATTACKS or spreading unsubstantiated accusations intended to undermine an organization and the people who dedicate their time to saving animals.

**We will not be bullied into abandoning our mission, nor will we continue to defend a decision that has already been publicly explained.**

The volunteers and fosters of TX Malinois Alliance give their time, energy, and hearts to dogs who desperately need them. They deserve respect, even from those who disagree with us.

We have addressed this matter publicly and will not continue participating in hostile exchanges or responding to repeated attacks and accusations. WE WILL REPORT EVERY SINGLE PERSON FOR BREAKING FB PROTOCOL.

Our responsibility is to the animals in our care, and that is where our attention will remain.

Our mission has not changed. Our commitment has not changed.

**We will continue saving dogs.**

We wanted to share this statement from one of our volunteers.

As I am seeing stuff splattered all over the rescue pages, I finally decided to speak up. Not sure my opinion matters much but this was my one and only comment.

🐾🐾🐾

I am the person who went to Barc to pick up the dog for TX Malinois Alliance. The picture you are sharing is taken in my truck. I took it.

Although I was deeply saddened that I was not able to give him his freedom ride, the full story is not being told here. TMA is a breed specific rescue group with very strict intake rules. Always has been. Their Board of Directors, supporters and donors insist on this and expect these breed standards to be followed. I was on the phone with a coordinator the entire time I was there and this woman was literally in tears. It is the first time a tag had ever been dropped this way. I have transported many, trapped several, even temporarily fostered a few who had been dumped over the years I have worked with them. I was reluctant to comment but have seen them getting SLAMMED by the rescue community for the last few days. There are several reasons this was done.

I will let them explain when they make a public statement as I do not speak for the group but, believe me, they were as heartbroken as I was. Everyone jumps to conclusions without knowing the details. Although timing was critical, this decision was not made lightly nor was it made by just one person.

I know many here also run rescue groups and have had to make hard decisions. I have had to make hard decisions. It’s never a position anyone want to be in. And when you run a multi-state rescue one has to be able to satisfy passionate people who often do not all agree on everything. That’s why rules are in place.

Please know that even though we may not understand the reasons, we should understand that the love of the breed and the importance of saving these dogs is first and foremost the motivation behind what we do.

In our conversation today (yes, we are still talking about this) I reminded the coordinator that we need to focus on the wins. This group has MANY wins. And I will continue to support them.

Thanks for reading. 🐾
